Didn’t our products fit you? Do not hesitate to exchange or return them.
This is possible within 30 days of picking up the items.
Clothes must be unworn and unwashed.
To return the goods, use the form at the bottom of the page, where you will also find all the necessary information.
If you return the entire order, we will send you the full amount with postage. If we receive only some of the products, we refund only the returned products.
The amount will be credited to your account within 14 days of receiving the package.
The exchange of goods can be realized in two ways:
- Send us a product that did not fit you, fill in the form where you write the new desired product. We will process the exchange within 14 days of receiving the shipment, and if the desired product is in stock at that time, we will send it to you. If the product is not in stock, we will return the money to your account.
- You will return the unfit product and make a new order. We will refund you the amount within 14 days of receiving the package. In this case, you can be sure that the desired product will not be sold out until the package with the returned product arrives. If you applied for a gift voucher or a time-limited discount with your original purchase, write us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) beforehand and we will resolve it :).
Use the form from our website for both cases of exchange and return of merchandise. (The form does not have to be printed. All you have to do is write down all the information we need on paper and put it in the package.)
SENDING A PACKAGE
Hand over the package at any Packeta.com pick-up point and dictate the code 95108599 to the assistent. You can use the return service via the Packeta to send packges from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
The assistent generates a label and affixes it to the shipment. You can find a list of branches at www.zasielkovna.sk/pobocky
You do not pay anything on the spot, when returning shipments we charge a fee of € 1.70 VAT for SK and € 2.20 with VAT for CZ and HU. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
We do not charge a fee when exchanging goods or returning with an order for another size / design in a new order.
